Walk to Lakemont Pines Lake! Enjoy true lake living from this adorable 3 bedroom + extra sleeping area and 1.5 baths which will sleep 8 comfortably. Stay cool in those summer months with air conditioning. The great room is a fun space to spread out for movie night or to play board games with the kiddos. Whipping up a mountain meal is a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen. After a full day at the lake paddle boarding, swimming, kayaking, fishing or playing beach volleyball you will want to relax on the spacious deck with a cool drink and reminisce about the days activities. Just a short walk to Lakemont Pines Lake, 10 minutes to Big Trees State Park and the Stanislaus River, 25 mins to Spicer and Utica Reservoirs or Union Lake and 35 mins to Bear Valley Ski Resort or Lake Alpine and for you wine lovers you are only 15 mins from downtown Murphys with 28 tasting rooms on Main Street.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 located upstairs with a KING, Bedroom 2 is located upstairs featuring a Double and 2 Twins, Bedroom 3 is located downstairs featuring a Queen, and 4th sleeping area is located downstairs with a Double futon.

Amenities: Access to private Lakemont Pines Lake, Wifi, Gas BBQ (propane provided), Air-Conditioning, Forced Air Heat, TV, Community Horse Shoe Pit, Outdoor Furniture (seasonal),15 min to Murphys, 10 min to Big Trees State Park, and 30 min to Bear Valley Ski Resort.

Linens and towels provided. Maximum 8 guests. No smoking, NO PETS, no check-ins on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. *Patio furniture is seasonal.

Great location and access to private lake. We used the kayaks and pedal boats at no extra cost. Air conditioning worked great downstairs. Deck with picnic table was great.

The property was perfect for our family and well laid out. It was conveniently close to essentials such as restaurants, grocery store, and local excursions (eg Big Trees State Park, Moaning Caverns, Murphy’s, Stanislaus, etc). Even my husband who is adverse to nature found the home and area to be a good balance of modern convenience and “roughing it”. We especially enjoyed that the property is a member of the Lakemont HOA which gave us access to the lake along with complimentary rentals for beach toys, kayaks, and beach access. All within walking distance. I have bookmarked this place for future stays!

Great snow get-away!

It snowed each day/night and greatly appreciated that they plowed us out each morning!!! What a treat and unbelievable convenience!! 5 mins to market and 10 mins to snowshoe around White Pines Lake or Arnold Rim. The side yard, between the neighbor’s house, was a terrific sledding hill. Great long weekend in the snow!!
