Beyond lake life, visitors can explore local wineries, antique shopping, Butler Museum, Blue Hole Falls, hiking, mountain biking, and offroad atv park.

Watauga Lake is right there at your doorstep. This East Tennessee location is surrounded by Cherokee National Forest. 70% of the shoreline is protected and uninhabited making for spectacular views. You'll find an amazing Italian food restaurant and convenience store within walking distance. One mile away are more food options and general store.
This distinguished Airstream is in a secluded portion of Camp Watauga just steps from Watauga Lake. There are several seasonal guest in an upper portion of the campground that will be sharing common areas (beach, dock, grounds).
The town of Butler is quite historic. There is a town museum you could rsvp for tours and learn about the flooding of the original town and the beginning of TVA. There is fantastic boating, fishing, and food options within 15 minute drive.

This is a late model, nicely optioned Airstream. Attached to the Airstream is 12' x 20' composite deck with dining table and seating overlooking Watauga Lake. We hope you'll find our waterfront retreat the perfect base camp for trailering your boat and keeping it at our dock for fishing, skiing, and enjoying the surrounding Cherokee National Park.
