Excellent location. Very clean, well appointed home. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was awesome. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend the house and host. And BTW - the topper, it is a stone’s throw from the King and Queen of Scotsdale’s home!!

Paradise in Paradise

This property was lovely! Every amenity you could think of was present. The hosts made sure we had coffee and REAL creamers (oat milk, heavy cream or vanilla Coffee Mate!). The hot tub was ready when we arrived which was great after traveling and in the evening after a busy day. We would def stay here again!

Great stocked kitchen Shampoo and towels for everyone Coffee pot Big table for dinners Close to everything Back yard private and seating for all occasions Little house in back with single bed was used and greatly appreciated Struggled to get a HOT shower but wouldn’t change a thing Host was very attentive and replied quickly

Couples getaway

This property was amazing! We came to visit some friends and have a little fun at the WMPO and this was a perfect location. We were within minutes to everything we wanted to do. The owners were great and had some necessities there to get us started, which was a bonus flying across the country! House was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable! The hot tub was great to come home and soak in after multiple full days of walking. We would definitely rent this property again!

Fantastic Property!

We had a great stay here! The house and grounds are immaculate and extremely well stocked. The outdoor patio is fantastic and a great place to hang out when the weather allows. Great BBQ area with a large gas grill and a charcoal grill. The hosts think of everything! It is a great location -- very convenient to shopping at Paradise Valley Mall area as well as Kierland Commons. Communication was very efficient and check in instructions very clear. We have family in the valley and will be looking to book here next time we are out there. Highly recommend the property!

Pristine oasis

We were delighted to find that this home was as lovely IRL as it appeared in the photos. It was clean, attractively furnished and very well equipped. The back yard is both a serene oasis and a perfect entertainment space. The location is a quiet neighborhood that is 20 minutes north of Old Scottsdale and 15 minutes from desirable golf and shopping areas. We will be back!

Fantastic

This house was fantastic. The Host was great making sure everything was taken care of and to make sure we had everything we needed. House was so clean and comfortable. The yard is private, we loved the patio, BBQ, and hot tub. The outside TV made the package. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. We do Verbo alot and this is a favorite. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Goodness where to start… my husband was diagnosed with Cancer and we found out he had to have his stem cell transplant out of state at the Mayo Clinic in AZ. From the second I reached out to Bob to see if he could accommodate us and our dogs he was quick to say yes and seemed so empathetic to our situation. He and his wife went above and beyond to make sure the home was clean for my husbands recovery. Replacing air filters, and providing water filters. The house was so well stocked for our 6 week stay, we hardly needed to buy supplies. Bob worked with us on changing our dates of stay as needed. The house was superbly clean, the back yard was perfect for our small pups and the neighborhood was so quiet and serene. Simply saying Bob and Kattie are amazing hosts just doesn’t cut it. They are amazing humans and were an answer to our prayers during a very scary time. The only con: We now have to buy a better T.V. and YouTube TV because my hubs loved watching football so much better at this house :) Thank you Bob and Kattie for everything. You made a big difference for our family.
