CAMPUS COTTAGE, GREAT LOCATION

No need to rent a car! Walk to OSU football, baseball games! Over sized fully fenced back yard with firepit to relax near the Corvallis Community Center, play some pickle ball and enjoy the sand volleyball courts. Cozy house near campus activities with large driveway with ample room for two cars for off street parking.
Close to shopping, coffee and dining. This is a vibrant student neighborhood so on a rare occasion the night can be a little loud for a light sleeper. It’s a quick walk to campus and centrally located to nearby hiking or a pleasant walk to downtown. No pets and no RV hook up please. No electric vehicle charging.

Great location near campus

We spent two nights in Corvallis to visit OSU with our son. The Campus Cottage was perfect. Nicely decorated, great parking, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book the cottage again.

Perfect Cottage!

This little Cottage was in the perfect location. We came for a graduation party and it was perfect for Our family. Loved sitting in the backyard and walking for coffee. I would definitely want to stay here again.

OSU Visit

We had a great time in Corvallis. Your cozy cottage was perfect for 3 of us on a girls trip to visit OSU with my daughter. Easy walk to campus and nicely appointed property. We slept great, the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable property!

I stayed for the weekend with my freshman OSU daughter and we had the best time! The house is warm, inviting and comfortable. Host has literally thought of everything. I will stay here again for sure!

Cozy house and great location!

Cozy stay at Campus Cottage

We had 5 comfortable nights at the Campus Cottage! We were welcomed with huge, yummy cookies and fixin's for coffee and tea. Everything we could have possibly needed and more was there. The location is so convenient to everything in Corvallis. Would highly recommend!

Great stay close to campus

Sweet house with everything our family needed for a weekend at OSU! We didn't bring our fur babies but they would have LOVED the back yard! The house was very clean, well stocked and in a great location for activities at OSU. We will be back.

Family visit

We visited our daughter and son in law and the four of us stayed in the VRBO, along with their 2 dogs. The location worked well (close to campus for their classes and work) and the backyard was great for the dogs. Very responsive communication... we will definitely stay again when we visit.

We spent the week in Corvallis visiting our grownup daughter. House is centralized, next to a big park. We had 2 dogs which loved walking around the park. The house is a small 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. The final cost was very competitive with 2 hotel rooms we were planning on using originally. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

The property worked out very well for a bunch of activities at Oregon State University. Friend doing verbal dissertation Marine science. Attended OSU volleyball game, and moved my sophomore into dorm. Communication was excellent, parking, proximity to everything couldn't ask for more! Very cozy, comfortable, and clean.

Cottage Perfection!

We loved our stay! The cottage was clean with a wonderful back yard (fenced in) for the kiddies. Walking distance from a playground and close to town. So much beautiful sunlight in this place and the perfect amount space for a vacation. Thank you so much! Hoping to stay again this fall!

Perfect spot while visiting OSU …

This is the such a sweet 2 bed cottage & just :20 min walk to campus. Super clean, lots of towels & comfy beds. Huge backyard too. The area is great with a large grassy park 1/2 block away (volleyball, pickleball & playground). Kristin was a superb host (very friendly, helpful & communicator). Definitely recommend.

This is a great place.

We had a great stay at the Campus Cottage. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. I especially appreciated the coffee that was supplied! We would love to stay here again.

We've had so much fun working on this property together. Mother and son, updating the home he and his brother shared during college. Oregon State is near and dear to us with four out of the five in our family being OSU grads!

Why they chose this property

Not only is this property walking distance to the heart of Oregon State campus, but as dog owners that love to travel with our dogs, they are welcome here too! It's only a five minute drive to endless trails for hiking or mountain biking as well. Bald Hill Park, Fitton Green, and Chip Ross Park are just the start of miles of local trails.
Walk to American Dream Pizza or Bombs Away Cafe for great casual dining and nightlife. Then for your morning coffee, Sam's Station is a short walk as well.
