This modern apartment was completed in August 2019. It is one of three exclusively furnished apartments - flooded with light and tastefully furnished with modern daylight bathroom with large bathtub with shower.

For 2-4 persons with 40sqm with 1 bedroom, equipped with 1 large double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m. In the apartment there is also a living-dining area with a sofa bed made of leather, an open kitchen, equipped with sink, refrigerator, coffee machine with coffee capsules, kettle, microwave and dishes). Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment and included in the price. You live in the cultural monument Schweizerhaus in the historic district Oberloschwitz / Weißer Hirsch, one of the most beautiful and popular districts of the historic state capital Dresden. Kurzurlaub Dresden

Für einen Kurzurlaub, in dem man tagsübe immer unterwegs ist, ist die Wohnung völlig ausreichend. Leider befindet sich die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße. Die Lautstärke war extrem. Ab 5:00 Uhr morgens begann der Verkehr. Die Wohnung war komplett mit Laminat ausgelegt, der schon sehr gelitten hat. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut. Die "Hausdame" war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der kaputte Fön wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Von der Wohnung aus haben wir jeden Tag wunderschöne Ausflüge mit unseren Fahrrädern gemacht. Sollte nochmal ein Besuch in Dresden anstehen, werde ich besser recherchieren und eine ruhigere Umgebung suchen.

Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Das Schweizerhaus liegt recht zentral in der Landeshauptstadt Dresden. Natürlich ist in einer Stadt immer mit Lärm zu rechnen. Trotz Schallschutzfenster und Tempo 30 Ist eine Stille nicht zu erreichen.
