It is located in Lower Seabright on a very peaceful street within minutes to the beach (0.7 mi), boardwalk (1.1 mi), downtown (1.5 mi) , midtown (0.6 mi) and UCSC (3 mi). Enjoy the rejuvenating ocean soundscape from the private courtyard. In the morning smell coffee roasting from nearby Verve Coffee Roasters (0.4 mi). Quick Overnight Getaway

My partner and I came down from Oakland for a little staycation, to see a band we love at Moe's Alley and enjoy a change of scenery. The apartment was clean, quiet, and in a great and convenient-to-things neighborhood. We weren't there long, but it was comfortable and suited our needs for an overnight stay.
