Beautiful 1BR Suite at Historic Ruby Red

The Beautiful Suite is a quiet, charming 1 bedroom residence located in a historic neighborhood one mile from Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs. It's a comfortable, relaxing spot to enjoy all Hot Springs has to offer!

Completely updated in 2020, Ruby Red is a Craftsman Home built in 1900. We've kept the old world charm but with all the comforts and safety of a modern home. This unit originally housed the horse and carriage for the property.
The space
Ruby Red is a large farmhouse that has been converted into four separate units. This apartment is on the first floor and shares no walls with adjacent units. It is a large suite, with tall ceilings, and large windows for lots of natural light.
Guest access
You will have exclusive use of Unit B, as well as shared use of the main foyer, laundry room, and front porch.

Property just as described. Great quiet location…. Very close to downtown Hot Springs activities…. Maybe a 5 min drive at most. Room had everything we needed for a peaceful and quiet stay. Very clean, comfortable bed, beautifully decorated… highly recommend!

Perfect for a Getaway

This place is clean and has everything you need. On top of that, it’s adorable and well-stocked with things you may not need but definitely want…coffee, plenty of towels, dishes and basic spices for cooking, etc. The location is fantastic; it’s quite literally around the corner from Bathhouse Row. Awesome stay!

Great little weekend getaway

My husband and I came to Hot Springs for a long weekend. I'm always a little apprehensive about booking a stay where there are multiple units, but we had no issues here. There was enough room with the shared parking and we couldn't hear any of the neighbors. Charming and cozy place, just perfect to come back to from a day of adventures. We were surprised to come back just after dark one evening to find deer in the yard!

Ruby Red was love at first sight! We love the charm and character of old properties, but we also want updates so houses function well and have modern comforts and conveniences. We loved how Ruby Red maintained its Built-in-1900 features like the wood floors and 12 foot ceilings. And it has all updated windows, AC, plumbing, electric. And new kitchens and baths. It's the best of both worlds and we couldn't be more excited to share our house with guests on VRBO.

What makes this property unique

We are very close to downtown Hot Springs, and we are also in a quiet, private, and historic neighborhood. It's a great location to discover all that Hot Springs has to offer. You can spend a fund weekend here, but to really see all the main places, you need a week!
