Unit A is a charming, small room with everything we needed plus many thoughtful extras. Our two week stay was comfortable. We appreciated the washer and dryer and even the laundry soap was supplied. The location was lovely, quiet, and close to all the attractions in Hot Springs. The driveway to Units A&B takes a bit of care when entering and leaving, but is easily mastered.

It was very nice. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Parking my full size car or rather backing out of the driveway was tight. I parked on the street in front while attending my workshop.It was clean and small but just what is needed for a stay. Would come back to stay in the future.

Perfect for a Getaway

This place is clean and has everything you need. On top of that, it’s adorable and well-stocked with things you may not need but definitely want…coffee, plenty of towels, dishes and basic spices for cooking, etc. The location is fantastic; it’s quite literally around the corner from Bathhouse Row. Awesome stay!

Great weekend stay

Property just as described. Great quiet location…. Very close to downtown Hot Springs activities…. Maybe a 5 min drive at most. Room had everything we needed for a peaceful and quiet stay. Very clean, comfortable bed, beautifully decorated… highly recommend!

Great little weekend getaway

My husband and I came to Hot Springs for a long weekend. I'm always a little apprehensive about booking a stay where there are multiple units, but we had no issues here. There was enough room with the shared parking and we couldn't hear any of the neighbors. Charming and cozy place, just perfect to come back to from a day of adventures. We were surprised to come back just after dark one evening to find deer in the yard!
