Indulge in the comfort of two snug bedrooms adorned with brand new queen beds—one providing direct access to the deck with a delightful bench swing. Our little oasis beckons you to explore the surroundings, with breathtaking trails within walking distance and downtown Topanga, state parks, and beaches just a short drive away. And the hike to famous Eagle Rock from the private road is just 30 minutes!

As you venture into this duplex abode, please be mindful that fellow guests may be enjoying their stay in the unit above.

Other things to note, A one-minute drive up a steep hill, marked by the "end of city maintenance," leads you to this hidden gem. Traverse the rocky roads with care and make a sharp right turn up the hill, unveiling the entrance on the right side—a pathway to your getaway and, as a bonus, the best view in the vicinity.

The apartment is spacious and well maintained, making it a very easy and comfortable stay for us as a young family. The views from the balcony were spectacular, and we really enjoyed both the immediate location in Topanga and also the proximity to other places e.g. LAX, Malibu, Santa Monica. I am in love with Topanga! This area is so beautiful and the house was wonderful. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. Very clean and roomy house with all the necessities available. I will say the driveway and parking was a bit hairy but with another set of eyes to help out, it was fine. The suv was a great choice of vehicles. Communication was great! We will be back!!

What a fun place to stay! Topanga is such a cute place, great restaurants. Host was very responsive. I would suggest a small SUV to get here, the road is steep, some pot holes but when you get to the house, parking is tight. This is a middle floor of a triplex so there is noise from other guests and flushing in the walls is loud…so if you have young kids who go to bed early or are light sleepers you might have an issue. But everyone around us was quiet right at 10pm. Great views, good coffee!

Absolutely Great views and deck. Unit is a spacious place, everything worked well and had all you’d need. great easy access to eagle rock hike, about 30 min each way and 5 min to town. Parking was a little challenging as it’s narrow gravel roads And it’s a middle unit of triplex so we could hear the tenants above us talking and walking above us early in the morning so we were up at 6am whether we wanted to or not.

Canyon Stay

We loved nearly a month in the canyonlands. The house was comfortable and well appointed, the view was spectacular, and the state park just up the road. The hosts were welcoming and anticipated our every need. Would definitely stay here again. We'll remember forever the dramatic vistas and red-gold sunsets with coyotes!

The host was FANTASTIC (directions, suggestions, responsiveness)….the views were amazing and the property comfortable—we loved being on the deck overlooking the canyon. Easy access to amazing hiking and not far from really good grocery stores and restaurants (tho, we only went out for breakfast, on our way to hike and cooked otherwise). There was a lot going on over the weekend in the canyon, so was a little louder than we expected over the weekend but come Sunday, the quiet was amazing (as were the birds, bunnies and coyote we saw). It was a perfect spot for us to spend a few days and honestly, the host was so awesome that it took the experience to the next level. Great place to catch your breath, be with friends, enjoy the beauty and quiet of the canyon!

Great views and tranquil neighbourhood

Great views and plenty of space for 4 adults. A bit tricky to get to (make sure you read the listing before booking) but well worth the effort. Hosts generous with coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets etc. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
