The bio apartment is located in St. Peter-Ording in the oldest known district Utholm directly in the vicinity of the largest sandpit on the North Sea and the World Heritage Wadden Sea, in the midst of a unique, very healthy North Sea climate. Within easy reach are the village with restaurants, shops 10 min., Supermarkets, Aldi, Lidl, Sky 5 min., West Coast Park 3 min., Böhler lighthouse or Dike 10 min., Dünen-Therme 15 min. The bio-apartment has a large terrace (15 sqm) with its own sand garden with mooring. Furthermore, there is a private terrace in front of the entrance with bicycle storage. Nearby there are many walks on protected paths and small groves. Our holiday apartment is suitable for 2 adults and a toddler up to one year.

The bio-apartment has a separate entrance, at ground level, suitable for all ages, consists of living space and bedroom, shower room / WC. The house is a plus-bio-energy house, generating more electricity than required, with its own storage for electricity, integrated ventilation system in each room as well as concrete-activated underfloor heating and integrated blinds in aluminum windows with the latest solar control glazing, • Wooden floor parquet, • large windows flooded with light • The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child up to 1 year (in baby cot), • Dogs are allowed - in a dog larger animals are allowed, 2 dogs should be brought please only small animals, • Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent, on request for a fee
