Came down with a group of 5 guys to visit the bourbon trail. This home met our needs, including enough comfortable beds for everyone, and a central location to restaurants and bourbon options (tasting rooms & distilleries). The water pressure is not great, no issues for 5 guys, but may take ladies some time to get the shampoo out. We had an issue with our stay, but the host was very responsive. We would stay here again.
The location of the house was excellent for our bourbon tours around the area. The house was in excellent shape and very clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit.

We stayed here as a good central point to take in Louisville and the Bourbon Trail, and the place was a great stay! We had plenty of space for everyone in the house, it was very close to downtown Louisville, and the house was close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Our group of 6 greatly enjoyed staying in this wonderfully renovated house. We spent the evening in the backyard sitting around the fire pit and the mornings on the front porch enjoying our coffee. Location was great for local restaurants and we felt very safe in the neighborhood

The house was very charming and perfect for our occasion. The host went above and beyond to help us when we left some personal articles in the house after checkout. Amazing experience
Our family enjoyed the property as we were in town tonight see and visit with family. The house provided a good home base for activities. The location was quiet but still close enough to walk to a bagel place for breakfast or dinner. The garage in back was great for off street parking. Our family enjoyed our stay and would visit here again.
The house was perfect for 5 friends visiting Louisville! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and just a great space. Neighborhood had many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and Whiskey Row was a quick and easy Uber ride away. I would stay here again!
We had an awesome family vacation in Louisville. We were able to easily get to all the sites and this space gave us a perfect home base. Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths made it very comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. This house is walking distance to some very nice coffee/bakery shops, restaurants, breweries and more. And short drive to downtown. We loved our time together and would stay here again!
The house was great for our weekend adult getaway. Slept four couples very comfortably. House was clean, modern and would stay here again. So close to Nulu which was a great area to visit.

We also do drop offs of personal care items to the Healing Place of Louisville - The Healing Place was founded in 1989 as a homeless shelter and medical clinic for men (& currently women as well). Every day they provide food, clothing, and shelter at no cost to more than 600 clients seeking help for their addictions.
