Listing includes BOTH the main house which is 3 bed/2 bath PLUS the Guest Suite which is 1 bed/1 bath for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guest House is a separate 600 sf space with a separate entry or you can also access it through the pool area. Each has its own driveway and the guest suite features its own private patio space. Combined the home sleeps a total of 10 but up to 4 can have privacy in the guest suite when needed. The primary bedroom features a den/office with a desk if you must get some work done while the family enjoys the pool or game room with a ping pong table, bar, and Ms. Pac-Man.

The heated screened-in pool is perfect for a relaxing after a day at the beach. Smart TV's in every room with super fast WiFi. You will find beaches, multiple restaurants, grocery shops, department stores, Starbucks, and many other attractions within a quick drive.

Pool Heat is set to 84 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

- Our house is catered to family vacations. We do not offer the house for events or parties. We are in a neighborhood and quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am.

Cameras: There are surveillance cameras located at the entrance of the house for security purposes. There is no camera inside the house or in the pool area.
