Modern and updated suite in East Sacramento
Welcome to our 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom suite. Casa Azulejo as we affectionately call it, offers all the comforts and amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Completely renovated from the ground up, the suite offers a fully equipped kitchenette along with a full bathroom and bedroom. In the bedroom you will find a 50" Ultra HD smart TV equipped with complimentary Netflix and Amazon Video.

Attached to the rear of the main house, the suite offers complete private entry and living space. North Oak Park Sacramento is centrally located and provides easy access to freeways, public transportation, and walking distance to midtown. The bus stops right in front of our house if you are in need of public transport. The freeway is 2 minutes away and the whole area is very easy to walk and bike anywhere you want to go.

This Suite is a separate private unit attached to the back of the main house where guests will also be staying but no spaces are shared except for the laundry which is located outside of the private living spaces.
Pets are allowed. Unfortunately, at this Suite we cannot accommodate pets bigger than 22 lbs. Thank you.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
To help us maintain a fresh and welcoming space for future guests, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could kindly ensure that dishes are cleaned (or at least rinsed and left in the sink).
Please place all trash in the bins located next to the house. This helps prevent any odors or unwanted visitors (like bugs)!
