Tucked between Grants Pass & Merlin (8 mins from Merlin & 15mins from Grants Pass). The closest access to the river is only 10 mins away at Matson Park! After a day of exploring; stargaze/watch wildlife in your cabins outdoor bath-tubs, enjoy the peaceful wooded view from the hot tub or roast smores by the fire pit. Perfect little getaway!

The Pine Tree Tiny Cottage is tailored towards the perfect couple's little getaway! Our Cabin is a cozy escape, perfect for couples and solo adventurers looking to unwind. For safety and comfort reasons, we are unable to accommodate children. Located on 5 peaceful wooded shared acres on the outskirts of Grants pass & Merlin, Oregon. (We are 8 mins from Merlin & 15 mins from Grants Pass in the scenic area). The Tiny Cottage has its own porch overlooking the pine trees. On your porch you will find 2 outdoor bath-tubs to stargaze and relax while listening to some music. You will have your own oasis on your deck with your own propane fire pit and a 2 person hot tub to enjoy the wooded view.

There is a Shared (with the other tiny house nearby) wood fire pit w/ seating area, movie projector, stock tank pool, BBQ & common area for you and the other tiny house guests to enjoy. We work hard to make sure each cabin has its own space, but the cabins are in close proximity to each-other. Included in your stay are free Wi-Fi, TV (Dish network & Netflix), shared Washer/Dryer unit, and an electronic gate remote for your convenience and security. We are pet- Friendly but REQUIRE all dogs & Service animals to be kept on leashes when outside as we have free range animals. You are fully responsible for your animal at all times!

The other Tiny house and Tiny Cabin(s) are in close proximity to each-other with the shared fire-pit common area off to the side. Each Tiny Cabin has its own unique setting and oasis for privacy and relaxation. Book one tiny cabin or both for family/friend retreats and enjoy the space. The owner's house is also nearby if you need anything. Parking area and circle driveway is also shared (Tiny house(s) and private residence) but there are signs specific for your parking.

Alpaca Rescue & Pet-Friendly Policy: Visit our heartwarming alpaca rescue and spend some time with our gentle, friendly alpacas. These animals thrive in a calm, safe environment, so we ask that pets be kept on a leash at all times when exploring the grounds. This ensures the safety of our alpacas and free-range chickens that roam the property. We also ask that your pets be supervised and respectful of the animals on-site, as we strive to create a peaceful experience for all guests—human and animal alike.

Local: Tiny cabin guest cottage is located 15 mins between Grants Pass and Merlin, Oregon. Enjoy the day Hiking with so many hiking trails near by or the day on the river with the Rogue River just a few miles away. There is also so many amazing Wineries in the area; You can enjoy a day of tasty wines and cheeses. You will find a guidebook in your Cabin with a bunch of local suggestions.

While staying here the cottage will be your own oasis with your outdoor bath tubs & propane fire-pit located on your personal front porch attached to the cottage. Shared wood fire-pit, movie projector, small pool & seating area located on the property for you and the other guest houses on the property. I am located on the property if you need help with anything.

Tiny Cottage in the woods provides a peaceful wooded setting with trees located on 5 shared acres with the other tiny houses and hosts. The property is close to rivers and hiking trails. located 8 mins from downtown Merlin and 15mins from downtown Grants Pass. We are located on the outskirts of town.
The closest access to the river is just 10mins away at Matson Park or you can head deeper into Merlin for some hiking trails or river fun at Merlin/Galice which is 18mins away. Local wineries also within 45 mins each way. There is a full travel guide with some local favs located in your cottage.

We do not offer laundry services. There is a local laundry mat located in Grants Pass if you need to do laundry.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the cabins are equipped with 5 exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior and there are no cameras on the inside or in the hot tub/bathtubs areas. HOUSE RULES: PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ALL HOUSE RULES IN THE HOUSE RULE SECTION ! REVIEWS: This is a vacation and my home! I leave 5 star reviews and something positive to say about all respectful guests. If I have some useful feedback to give you that may not be so pretty I will do so in the space provided for private feedback, I'll never make you look bad in a public review. I have put in a lot of love and passion in each cabin and I want to continue to share these spaces with you. I try very hard to present a quality product for a fair price and I believe I do that quite well plus I do everything within my abilities to make sure you happy and comfortable. The cabin is as described in the description and pictures and captions, please carefully read them all!

POWER OUTAGES – Do to high temperatures in the summer time, power outages outside of our control are a possibility. We do not offer weather related refunds outside of our cancellation policy so you may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance for your travels in case you do need to cancel last minute.
