This spacious country home on 151 is the perfect getaway for the whole family, minutes away from local breweries/wineries. Ever since my work went remote a few years ago I've really enjoyed traveling the country and staying in vacation homes close to nature. I hope that you will too!
Why they chose this property
I love the mountains and I chose this home due to its convenient location to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Nelson county is a perfect getaway with a great local community. The area is a hidden gem with lots to do, is not too overcrowded with tourists, and in the perfect setting away from the city.
What makes this property unique
My favorite part about this home is the large windows in each room. It feels super spacious. For about half the year, you can wake up to beautiful mountains from three sides of the house. The kitchen has lots of surface area and I updated it with a butcher block counter that I built myself!
