We had a wonderful stay at this property for a large gathering. The property is wonderful, very clean, has many great amenities, and the check in and out process was seamless. Highly recommend this property for a stay.
The property has an amazing view and plenty of space inside and out. Enjoyed the abundance of amenities and our group of fifteen found the property comfortable and welcoming.
An outstanding property and perfect for our small wedding gathering. Would highly recommend staying here, stunning views and perfect proximity to the bigger towns.Would love to come back in the future!
The property was very well described and the location cannot be beat. If you're looking for a place that will house a large number of people and you love to be in the woods, this will be a great place for you. Groceries stores are 20 minutes away and a great nearby corner with coffee, BBQ, fried pies, ice cream, the list goes on. Location is wonderful and fits if you like to be either secluded or close to the "action". Airport 45 minutes away. Beware of the drive up the mountain at night with switchbacks if that's something you're afraid of; I did it multiple times in a Ford Fusion without trouble though.
We do a family trip every year both a large group 22 to 30 people depending on who can make it ages 1 to 86, this is secluded, but close to civilization. We like the privacy to enjoy each others company without wore about bothering others besides the bears, which seemed to want to join the family. The bottom of the hill to the right leads right to a beautiful river and state park and the left a cute coffee shop etc. place was well stocked and everything you could think of for family entertainment. But in one word the best description was VIEW!

We are happy you and your family enjoyed yourselves. We look forward to hosting you in the future!!
This spacious, well-appointed cabin was an excellent fit for our large multi-family group. The views and location simply can’t be beat, and we had an absolute blast here. Highly recommend!
The cabin was the perfect place for our large family. The grandkids had enough room to spread out and play. They loved the fire pit and being able to walk on a trail next to the cabin. We did have a bear experience! The kitchen was well equipped. The kids made every meal. The kitchen was also large enough for dancing! Memories were made and the grandkids want to come back again.
This is a beautiful home! True log cabin. Decor is lovely!! Many spaces to get comfortable and relax including a hammock on the wrap around porch. Spacious, clean with stunning views. Kitchen supplies well stocked. We used all the amenities. Kids loved the fire pit area. My daughter and friend relaxed in the hot tub. Kids loved the game room. They played with all the things. Pool table, video games and connect 4 plus lots more! Stores, restaurants and gas stations within 10-15 minutes. Close but far enough to hear only birds chirping outdoors. So convenient there is an accessible hiking trail just steps from the front door. We loved our time in this house!
We had a great stay! Plenty of room and amenities for our group. Had a couple of issues with the air and a minor leak, but Ryan was very easy to contact and super understanding!
Our party of 17 enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space and beds for everyone. We visit TN every December, and this view has been our favorite view/lookout so far. The host was very attentive to our questions and needs.

Thank you for staying at our families’s cabin. We look forward to hosting you in the future!
The view of the house was everything! The wrap around porch and all the seating outdoors was where our family spent the most time. Plenty of room to spread out for 14 people. We saw a bear every day which was pretty neat. The house was very clean but there were a few things that didn’t work and needed repair -outdoor light bulbs burnt out, broken toilet paper holder, air hockey table didn’t work, and broken tips of darts. Ryan was very responsive and check in and out were easy!
Y’all the view from this cabin is WORTH IT! We had a group of 18 for a tiny micro-wedding weekend and it was such a good time. The main level felt bigger than photos. The downstairs bedrooms are all kind of clumped together, but we still had plenty of space for everyone. Having 3 refrigerators comes in handy for all the food/drinks with a big group. The host Ryan was quick to respond even before our stay. I sent him a message about some things that weren’t quite in working order and he was very receptive and thankful for the feedback. Definitely recommend!
The house has some of the most amazing views you can imagine. We spent a ton of time on the decks, in the hammocks and enjoying the game room. The place is practically a vacation of its own. We saw several bears from the deck and one teenage cub visited us a couple of times even venturing onto the deck. Paved road and campfire space were a huge plus also. Most important, Ryan was quick to respond whenever we needed something. I would have given the property a 5 star review based on all of that. The only thing that would have been good to know was that essentials are limited. If you have a group of 30 for about a week you will need to plan to bring extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent. Things that are usually at a VRBO you will also need to bring like ziplocks, cooking spray, tin foil, etc. I would still stay there again in a heartbeat! We made memories that will last a lifetime!
Family reunion, Family of 17 adults. This house was perfect for our group.we had a few bear sightings during our stay. Perfect location to explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Was very nice , plenty of space, great location, only problem was A/C and heat wouldn’t work on top floor, but we made it fine with some portable heaters
Great home in the middle of the mountains but yet still very accessible to many of the local towns in the area. Great home and space accommodating our family reunion (25 people) and we would come back again! Thanks Ryan for the great experience.
Nice cabin just as advertised. Loved the wrap around deck and the hammocks. Plenty for the kids to do in the game room and media room.Worked out well for our party of 20 people
