House was great. Very kid friendly and we appreciated the kid friendly dishes. We asked the host if the backyard was north, south, west or east facing. This was a deciding factor in our house choice. We were told it was south facing (what we wanted) but found out upon check in it was indeed north facing (NOT what we wanted). Kitchen was stocked with most things. Missing hot pads (both to take items out of the oven - a huge necessity! and to put hot things on) along with a can opener.

Great Getaway

Annual golf trip with the guys- House was awesome!! Had everything we needed. Loved the location and ease of getting places. Our Host Robert was very involved and accommodating. Will certainly look to book again next year.

Fun, entertaining, cozy and close to parks.

A home away from home. Beautifully themed rooms and entertaining area. Spacious enough so 11 people didn’t feel like they were on top of one another. Pool was refreshing daily. Great communication with host! Would rent again! Highly recommend.

Family vacation

The house was very clean. Very spacious. There was plenty of things to do around the house and within the community without having to really go anywhere. The pool area was amazing and where we spent most of our time. The owners were very courteous and checking in was a breeze. Overall it was beyond my expectations and well worth the money spent.

Great Vacation Place

We had a great stay at this home! There were 5 couples on a golf vacation. The layout was perfect and the house was big enough for us to spread out. The pool and spa tub worked perfectly and the extra seating outside was a bonus. There is also BBQ onsite and worked very well. This home is very close to golf courses and shopping! Robert was very responsive before and after our stay. I highly recommend booking this spot for your next florida vacation we for sure will!

Basball trip

Excellent property. Clean and spacious. Fantastic game room for gamers. We did not have kids with us. But 2 of the rooms are set up so cute for kids. One is a pirate theme the other is Mulana. Super cute. Whoever did these rooms is very talented. The whole place is expertly decorated and painted. This property also has a pool table, a nice pool and hot tub. The manager who we dealt with was great. Very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The house served its purpose, but there were many disappointments. Tuesday evening found the Moana room light didn’t work so couldn’t see at night. Notified host immediately she said she told maintenance. Wednesday AM there was a worm in pool by the stairs and no net to clean, also hole in the screen room (later noticed multiple holes.) We were told there were pool floats, but there were none. Notified host and was told maintenance would be notified and she would give me an update as soon as possible. Thursday mid day there was no update so I followed up and she said that maintenance ordered the parts and we were waiting on an ETA- she would update as soon as she knew. Went under and fished worm out with a fork so my child would go in the pool.Thursday PM we tried to cook on the grill to find out it was locked; when I reached out she said there was an added cost. This was not written in their listing, or welcome letter. Free grill was one reason I chose the home. We used the oven to find out there was no pot holder. She said they updated their listing with grill cost but it wasn’t last I checked.Pool service came Friday AM and we told him about the net and he ordered one from Amazon that arrived the same afternoon. Maintenance people showed up Friday PM for light and ?pool issue. Never heard from host. Looked back at reviews and there were prior mentions about pot holder needs and grill cost not communicated. Seems them don’t care about safety or satisfaction

Busy Resort

Home is as described and can easily accommodate two families. Fun theming and decor. We encountered an issue with the pool heater that unfortunately due to the holiday was not resolved until 10pm the night before our departure. Be aware this resort area has a high number of rentals and can get VERY busy and loud. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving we waited over 90 minutes just to enter the community due to long traffic lines. There’s only one gate which allows renters to enter. Narrow streets were filled with multiple vehicles and difficult to maneuver with a larger SUV. This seemed to be a well known challenge and communication would have been helpful. We selected this location for proximity to theme parks but given traffic congestion needed to allow 45+ minutes of travel time each day. Kids loved the house and resort pools but we’d look for somewhere less congested in the future.

A short stay with numerous management issues.We stayed at this property for a short 3 night stay while in town for a conference. House was clean and the pictures were accurate. The Champions Gate area is great with many amenities that had us coming back.We had confirmed the self check-in however when arriving (12:00AM) the door code sent did not work. After a helpful gate guard and a delay we did get a new code sent that worked.We had paid for heated pool and hot tub however the heat had not been turned on, we called and messaged the office however they did not get that turned on until later in the day - no warm pool until the second (last) day of our stay.BBQ grill was listed in the amenities, however the gas was padlocked and found out that it was an extra cost. That detail was not listed in the property listing at all. After we reached out with this issue they did allow us to use the grill at no cost.The property itself was ok but the management of this property was very lacking - the office responses were slow and not always helpful. They did offer to buy us pizza and said that the director of operations would call because of all the issues but we never got that phone call.We do not recommend Storybook Vacation Homes.

Peace of Mind

This is my 3rd experience renting a home near Disney. I love the gated community that gives me the peace of mind that it is taken care of and no strangers walking around. The house was well designed for what we needed. Actually too large, but we needed 4 adult queen/king bedroom and no kids rooms. Myself, my brother, his wife, and my older sister came to surprise our sister that moved here last November. We pulled it it off too! That’s why we had to go for a 6 bedroom home. We hoped she would come stay with us and she did. House was nicely decorated and well kept. The carpet on the stairs had no been vacuumed and the queen bedroom linens didn’t appear to be fresh nor the comforter so that is the reason for the 4 star. My brother and his wife stayed in the big master upstairs and he said the mattress wasn’t at all nice or comfortable and that was his only complaint. We like to do a load of laundry before we fly back and as stated in your email you are aware of the noisy washer. Very distracting while trying to talk or watch tv. It needs to go. But that’s it! The game room was awesome, my grandkids would have loved that! I definitely would rent this home again! Great communication with our host. The owners seem to be very pleasing. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Comfortable Home Away from Home

The home was very nice and decorated with an island feel. Very nice area and real close to the main club house. each bedroom has lots of room and comfortable. The listing of 6 baths is correct, but 3 of the rooms do not have a bath of their own. There is a Jack-n-Jill bath for one twin room and a queen room. The other bath is across from the second twin room. The baths are also roomy. I requested that the pool and hot tub be heated during our stay. For some reason the hot tub did not heat up as it should have, but the manager took care of it very quickly. Because we came 6 weeks after Hurricane Ian, there were some areas of the pool area that were still not repaired. It did not lessen or interfered with our stay. This house is a good stay for a family. We enjoyed ourselves. A good recommend.
