Thank you so much for your review! Rest assured, no one will ever enter the unit without your permission. Apologies for the call from our maintenance manager. She is amazing at having any issues that are reported resolved ASAP. The bulb that was reported by a previous guest was specially ordered, so she wanted to check and ask you if you wanted it replaced during your stay. It was indeed out, and was replaced after you departed. No problem there at all! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay otherwise, and would love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Our housekeeping manager addressed your concerns with our cleaners right away, as it is always our goal for you to walk into a comfortable and relaxing unit to set the tone for vacation! There is a two car maximum at this property, but the spaces are assigned, so please do never hesitate to reach out regarding a parking issue, as well. We apologize golf carts are not permitted, but we do have that noted in the listing in case we have guests that definitely would like to rent one. We manage plenty of properties, and hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide you with the carefree and relaxing vacation you deserve by finding the right unit for you next time you are planning a beach vacation!
