Beautiful, comfortably furnished and well stocked 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms villa with specious living room, dining room and cozy family room with fireplace inside, heated pool and hot tub outside, including gorgeous night lighted very private backyard with sitting area , outdoors tv and bar , grilling and dining area.
House is next to the river. 2 single person and 1 double siting kayaks and 2 bicycles are available for your convenience. Very safe, gated community. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Walking distance to the golf course. 5 min to the beautiful charming Bonita Springs downtown area. 30 min drive to Naples downtown , 20 min to Mercato district .Lots of dining, shopping options near.
