Beautifully decorated with a coffee bar, game room, laundry room, all stainless-steel appliances, and much more. Out by the huge screened-in pool area you'll find a BBQ propane grill, several loungers, smart TV, large table and chairs. The heated pool features a shallow "beach area". Only one hiccup but otherwise great stay

We loved our stay only hiccup was the first day was double booked. Vrbo was able to find us an alternative place to stay the first night that was close by. The house had everything we needed.

AMAZING PROPERTY

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! It is spacious and well-appointed! The decor and amenities are impressive, especially the pool area and the garage game room. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area!!

This luxurious property is well maintained inside and out. It is fully stocked with every possible necessity and more. The beds were very comfortable, the pool and chairs were relaxing, and the game room/garage provided fun activities for everyone. The property management team was available and responded quickly when needed. We truly enjoyed our stay in paradise!

Amazing Home

This house was absolutely amazing!!! It was beautiful and the best appointed house I’ve ever seen. They thought of everything!!! I could move in tomorrow and not change a thing. Kevin was wonderful to work with. He was responsive, professional and friendly.

Very nice

Great location & well appointed home

We were 5 adults, in town for a Celebration of Life. This home was great, clean, well appointed in the kitchen. There were two bikes which we enjoyed. The management company was terrific when called about missing a cutting board. They arrived immediately with one for our use. Bedding and linens were nice. The weather was cool and rainy so we kept the pool heater on for 4 days which did incur an extra cost, however, we knew that would be the case as it was stated on the website. Highly recommend this property.

Great Little Getaway With Amazing Lanai

Christmas visit

Came for early Christmas with my adult children and grandchildren that live in cape coral. The house was perfect size for the gathering. Heated pool always a hit with kids and the location was great.

Beautiful House

This is one of the best houses I have stayed in at Cape Coral. The kitchen has all the convinces of home, not missing any utensils, or gadgets that you could ever need. You feel welcome from the time you walk in the door! There is nothing I can say bad about our stay here! I would highly recommend this house!

Wonderful property and great management

We booked this property as a family vacation spot. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Any questions we had were quickly answered and addressed. The house was comfortable for us and we enjoyed the space. It was clean when we arrived and the lawn and pool were maintained. We did have a little swarm of tiny bugs get through the screened patio cover and make it into the pool, but the property manager was quick to get it cleaned up and a skimmer net sent over. The location was quick access to a lot of restaurants and activities, while still being very quiet and relaxing. Very little noise from neighbors- you could almost think you were alone in the area. I would definitely recommend this property and the property management group!

Wonderful home

We have rented many homes over the years and this home was by far the cleanest and most accurately described. Everything was just as pictured and so comfortable. Pool was very clean and perfect temperature. Very well stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend this property and will be booking future trips here!

This is the spot you are looking for!!!!!

I don’t even know where to begin!! You guys!! This house is so gorgeous! All new everything!! Super super clean!! Stocked full with everything you could possible think of! Plenty of super soft cozy blankets to lounge on the couch with too! It had an abundance of fresh white towels in each bathroom! The owner had thought of everything you could possibly need for a lovely vacation getaway! The pool area is gorgeous with lush landscaping and local chirping birds! Our kids played in the beautiful pool indoor/outdoor area every day! We definitely will be booking this home again in the future! we couldn’t be happier.

We love Cape Coral and all it has to offer. This property is perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are all spacious with comfortable beds, the pool/lanai area is private and clean with pool towels provided. Communication with the property management team was quick and efficient. We highly recommend this incredible property!

Nicest property we’ve stayed at so far

This house was awesome. So clean. I usually have to clean a little at every VRBO house but not this one. It was spotless. Very spacious kitchen cabinets, lots of extra appliances, spices, utensils, scissors, etc. included and still plenty of room to store our groceries. Countertops stayed free of clutter which was nice. Air conditioned game room is in garage with ping pong, tv, football, corn hole and more. Pool area was very relaxing with two dining tables and a 4 seat lounge area w/ tv. TVs in every bedroom too. Roku w/ Xfinity stream for cable tv. Board games, extra pillows, starter paper products and toiletries. They really thought of everything! Beds and pillows were super comfy. Quiet area near restaurants and shopping. Already booked for December and looking forward to it!
