Pros - The rental company was fantastic. I would use them again. Easy checkin/checkout. Location was quiet even though it is a townhome. The beach access was great with the nearby lake being a highlight. Private beach…very peaceful.Cons -Dated unit but clean. Verdict - We would stay here again.

Sweet spot

Loved staying at Walton Dunes. Great area, very clean, beds very comfortable! We always try to stay in one of these units.

Wonderful Trip

The condo and location were great. The beach was right out the front door. Everything was ready and clean. The condo was fully furnished and up to date. We’ll definitely be back!

Walton Dunes

Fantastic 2 bedroom right on the warer. Great views. Easy access to water and water color area. We saw the sea turtles dolphins fish and crabs. Beutiful white beaches and spink sunsets. Plan to book this unit again.

The location is great!! The air does not work very well up stairs where you sleep.

Shoddy electrical in bedrooms

The pictures of the condo were pretty nice, but we had a broken fridge door that wouldn’t seal properly and the handle broke off the first day. The AC was dated and had a hard time keeping unit cool even when we followed directions posted on the wall. The outlet situation in the double bedroom was questionable as well. Don’t think we’d rent this unit again.
