Our cozy two story apartment is a perfect home away from home for all your business or travel needs.
This is the perfect spot for enjoying the greater Nashville area with easy access to interstate and main throughways.
- 1 mile from Brentwood shopping centers: Jeni’s Ice Cream, Puffy Muffin, Uncle Julios, Fresh Market, Publix and REI
- Less than 10 minutes to greenways, Warner Parks or Radnor Lake
- Fully furnished two bedroom, two bath apartment
- Nicknamed the Henhouse in honor of our chickens
- Updated kitchen, hardwood and tile floors, tile backsplash, windows overlooking mature trees
- Deck patio surrounded by trees
- Full bed in master with office space for all your working at home needs
- Twin over Full bunk bed in second bedroom
- Flat Screen tv and Roku (no cable but wi-fi for networks and streaming)
- Appliances include washer, dryer, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and stove
- Linens, dishes, pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc., so all you really need is what fits in a suitcase!
- 15 minutes from Downtown
- There is a parking for two cars beside the garage unit
- No pets pls.

Clean place

The property was very clean and check-in was easy. However, don’t stay here if your purpose is for a trip downtown. No fault of the owner, but it isn’t made for late nights. Definitely recommend for any other occasion though!
