Great location a block off historic downtown, with no busy streets to cross. The room was big enough for our family; our two teenagers shared the pullout sofa bed. While not as big as a typical vacation rental, it's certainly bigger than a standard two-queen hotel room (with the bonus of a separate bedroom and balcony).
