A short walk from King St. 'The Cove' is a private historic property. Rare downtown amenities include the fabulous shared Spring Island Collection Pool. The property offers an open kitchen & living area, separate bedroom suite, along with a private outdoor patio. Property amenities also include parking, dog run, and lush landscaping.
The Space:
The Cove is a completely restored one-bedroom unit in a historic Charleston home. Situated well off the street, at the back of this restored historic home, guests can enjoy added privacy while appreciating the charm of the setting. Guests can retreat to their very own outdoor space or the lovely shared community pool.
 
The Cove can accommodate up to 4 guests between 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen and cozy living room.

Living Room – Queen-size luxury memory foam sleeper sofa
Enjoy the resort-style pool, heated to 85 degrees during the cooler months, with your neighbors, socialize on your front porch, explore the quaint up-and-coming neighborhood, and savor a rich selection of dining options all within walking distance. Become a Charleston local at The Cove.

Guest Access:
Each unit is equipped with coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock near the pool for all Spring Islands guests to use as needed. We welcome guests to use the pool while they await their check-in.

Cannonborough Elliotborough is a charming, hip neighborhood, dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, trendy eateries & bakeries. Residents, students, & vacationers enjoy a walkable lifestyle, just a few blocks from bustling Upper King Street.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
