Hi Jennifer, thanks for your detailed review. For the laundry facilities the listing clearly states that they are paid at premises. We offer a $55 premium package one time payment which includes detergent and all the washes that you can do in your stay. This message was sent before your arrival. You didnt had hot water because we were changing our heating system to solar and we let you know. I invite all the guests to not miss the opportunity to stay at Casa Sagrado which is a gem in San Juan area. With high speed internet, Full house generator, Hot water and exceptionally clean units.
