We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house, we wish we could have stayed forever. The house is clean and well equipped, the outdoor space is brilliant for young children.The location is excellent for exploring the area, plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.We are already planning our next visit, thanks to Eva for the great comms and a beautiful holiday home.

Beautiful Home - Close to the Fun

The VRBO is very nicely appointed and shows clear pride of ownership. The place is very clean and extremely quiet (easy to get up early and not disturb others). The layout of the home is conducive to gathering around the table in the the sunroom or outside if the weather is nice. Garage parking also a bonus. Many thanks!

Perfect base for castles and mountains

We used this as a home base before touring the local castles as well as going into the Alps. Leichtenstein, Switzerland, and Austria are all easily accessible from here if you don't mind a few hours drive on a day trip. You can also walk to the lake behind the neighborhood. I'm sure it's lovely in the summer but even in the snow-less winter, it was pretty. Driving in the area is very easy...though parking in Fussen can be a little tricky, especially if you have a larger vehicle. There's a lot of restaurant choices in the 10 minutes around the area too. You could probably walk to many of them if the weather is good (we were there in January.) The house is very comfortable. The kitchen has every utensil and baking dish you can imagine. (Though the knives weren't very sharp.) My kids loved the pingpong table -- teens so we didn't mind ditching them after a long day and going to Schwangau or Fussen for dinner while they played pingpong and stared at their phones! The place is very clean and the host very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this house to anyone interested in the area.

Sehr sehr schön, von Anfang ( Internetauftritt des Hauses ) über die Kommunikation mit Eva, bis zur tatsächlichen Erfahrung vor Ort.das Haus hat gehalten was es versprochen hat.Es war alles vorhanden, sogar ein ticken mehr. Die Nutzung der Garage ist ebenfalls kein Standart bei solchen Objekten. Sauberkeit top.Lage des Hauses sehr vorteilhaft. Wir konnten alles wichtige ( für uns ) erlaufen und konnten somit das Auto stehen lassen. Gerade für die Königsschlösser in Ferienzeiten ein großes Plus.

Wunderbare Kommunikation, Sehr schöne Lage

Das Haus ist wunderschön und befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Wenn man mit ÖPNV unterwegs ist, kann es etwas schwierig sein zu verstehen. Wir hatten leider ein Problem, welches vollkommen aus den Händen der Gastgeberin war. Sie war trotzdem sehr hilfsbereit und hat so schnell wie möglich das Problem aufgehoben. Das wissen wir sehr zu schätzen!

Schönes Haus in idyllischer Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten augestattet.( Spül- und Waschmaschine, Trockner, Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern) Die Lage ist auch günstig: 10 min fussläufig zum Forrgensee und zum Supermarkt. Wir hanen uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Geselliges und unkompliziertes Beisammensein

Der Aufenthalt war von der An- bis zur Abreise schön. Das Haus ist ehr gut ausgestattet. Alle gewohnten Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden. Eine tolle Küche mit allen Optionen und Geschirr ist gut nutzbar. Grill und Gartenausstattungen ebenfalls. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und alle Arten von Freizeitgestaltung sind in der Nähe möglich. Das Haus liegt gut am ÖPNV. Parkplätze am Haus direkt vorhanden.

Erholsamer Urlaub, schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub trotz durchwachsenem Wetter und teilweise viel Regen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und groß. Es war sauber und ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Wintergarten als Esszimmer ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit Eva war stets einwandfrei. Sie ist sehr nett, rücksichtsvoll und zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit sehr empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Eva war unkompliziert . Sie reagierte auch immer sehr schnell. Uns hat in diesem Haus ein Gasgrill gefehlt, es ist zwar ein Weber-kugelgrill vorhanden, aber alles in allem ist es uns zu aufwendig ihn anzuheizen. Der Garten hat die Ausrichtung zur befahrenen Straße die zum See führt . Es hält sich aber alles in Grenzen.

Tolles Haus

Super schönes Haus, waren leider nur zu viert da, mit schönen Zimmern. Ausstattung Klasse, sogar mit Weber Grill. Würden wenn wir nochmal in den Allgäu fahren nur dieses Haus nehmen. Einzig eine Anmerkung an den Vermieter, bitte im jeden Bad einen Fön.

tolles, großes Haus in netter Nachbarschaft

Das Ferienhaus ist ein "normales Wohnhaus" mitten in einem "normalen Wohngebiet". Es ist sehr großzügig, wir waren als Familie mit 3 Teenagerkindern bestens aufgehoben. TT-Platte im Keller, Wintergarten sowie Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener Küche mit Esstheke geben genug Platz und Beschäftigung für alle. Eine große Doppelgarage und 2 Stellplätze davor. Der Skilift (allerdings nur eine gerade blaue Piste, 500m, also kein Skigebiet) mit vielen Parkplätzen in 2-3 km Entfernung. Schloss Neusschwanstein ist immer im Blick, ca. 4km Luftlinie vom Haus entfernt. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus in einer tollen Gegend.
