Great stay!

Great location close to beach and pool! Ice maker in fridge sucks so bring your own if your family likes ice. Everything else was excellent!

Thank you for providing a wonderful experience for our family! The property had everything we needed from the Keurig coffee maker to beach chairs. Only issues we had was one of TVs weren’t working, dryer takes long time to dry clothes (I didn’t even try to do beach towels), and the outside light bulbs were out. There were some items left from previous guest in bedrooms and counters in bath were not fully cleaned so I couldn’t give cleanliness an excellent score. Regardless, I would stay here again because the hosts communication was great! They responded quickly to our questions and needs during the week. Th location to beach was perfect, we were next to the pool so only a boardwalk from beach! Our family and pup had a great time! We love the local restaurants- cone heads and LongBill’s. The new ice cream truck was spot one - sad to hear the other location & store burned down. The ocean water temp was 85-90 (August) and calm most days. We saw crabs, stingray, shark, & many fish. One night there was a meteor shower so we took kids to beach after midnight to watch - so cool! We look forward to another Cape San Blas trip.

Enjoyed the unit

We enjoyed our time in this unit. We had wonderful weather and could enjoy the beach everyday which was a very close walk. When we needed a new toaster Devi had one delivered quickly. The unit was clean, had new pots and pans and lots of dinner dishes, silverware and glasses.

Perfect location

A terrific condo just steps away from the beach. We'll stocked kitchen and lots of beach gear.
