Overall it was a clean home with multiple different things that can be utilized such as spices, plates, and baby items. Great kid friendly place to stay with family. My only issues were a wasp nest in the back yard and the living room rug is a major safety issue with little ones.

Cozy & Convenient

We made a family trip to visit some extended family while coordinating to play a memorial golf tournament. This location was perfect for us and very easy to get to where we needed to go. Clean & comfortable space, kids were entertained by toys and plenty of room for our family.

Treasure Hunt

This is a very convenient property for those traveling with small children. Playground and toys were most appreciative. The house easily accommodated our seven guests. Room decor is eclectic and fun. Had a great stay.

Comfortable place to stay

We stayed in the house two weeks while our home is being remodeled and we loved it. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with spices if you wanted to cook. The outside area was really nice as well. The location is perfect, it is close to a grocery store and several good restaurants. I would highly recommend this home.Iwouldhighlrecommenhomehomealfaiy.

Quick concert getaway

This place was great. The location, area, and access to everything was perfect. Lots of options for food and shopping in Olathe and Overland Park, so everything was close. It was only about a 30 minute drive to arrowhead stadium for the concert so not bad at all. The house was great and we loved the neighborhood and area.

Clean home

The house was just a pictured. Clean, easy to get to, close to where we needed to be. Found plenty good restaurants to eat at near by. The kids loved the backyard. It was a great place for them to release some energy and not have to worry about them. Definitely a great place.

Great family house

After a hiccup with the check in code, things were great! After the host got us the code, things were great and it was nice to have a space to sit and visit, drink coffee, etc. Our party turned out to only be 4 adults instead of 6 with a toddler, but it was still nice to have a house to stay in vs. hotel rooms.

Thanks so much for the positive feedback on our place Joe and Cindy! We are so sorry for the miss on getting that check in code earlier, we've put in place a process to correct it for the future. Thanks again, safe travels!

Girls weekend stay

House was perfect and such a cute place to stay for ours girls weekend. Location was great for all of us traveling to KC area. Very easy to find. Eclectic fun decor and loved that each bedroom had a theme. Well furnished for our needs. Seating on back patio was great to play games and cards. Communication with owner was quick when needed. Highly recommend for a stay in Olathe.

Fun in Olathe!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. It was nice to have room to spread out with our family. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The main reason we booked this house was the outdoor play area for our children, and it was wonderful to have that extra fenced in space for them to play. They also enjoyed the children's toys and books. It was a good area of town to stay and the hosts were very responsive and we had a lovely stay!

Great Place!

This house had everything we needed as a family with 2 small children. Close to shopping, grocery, gas stations, and etc. The backyard was spacious and had a swingset for kids. Loved the downstairs tv area for a separate resting/play area. House was equipped with enough towels and toiletries for our week long stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay! The owners have clearly considered what additional extras will make the trip easier for families and has made sure to provide all the necessities and then some! My daughter loved having toys to play with and a wonderful outdoor area. The chess board was a fun treat…we taught the 5 year old to play! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy while we were there. Neighborhood felt very safe and location was ideal as we traveled around the area. We are looking forward to staying again!

I felt that it wasnt kid friendly. We had a 2 year old, 4 year old, 8 year old and a 9 year old, ( with some special needs)Not inviting and welcoming. It was a very nice home. Bedrooms were nice. Backyard was nice ...but to buggy to be out. Which cant be helped. Loose rug between dining and sitting room. Kids kept falling on it. And a couple of adults tripped over it. Front steps had pretty deep crack and banister was loose walking up to house. If i could have afforded to stay somewhere different i would have.

I'm sorry for your expectations, if there is anything different than the pictures and description please let me know and we will make changes to our post immediately to make sure everything is accurate. As far as we are concerned it all matches. Unfortunately, the mosquitos are bad everywhere, quite literally even in the Arctic Circle last week they were the worst. I hope you found the sprays and candles to help as we have also treated the yard. Hoping the weather changes soon! Thank you again for your stay, wishing you better results for your next VRBO trip.

FABULOUS for what we needed!

We loved how clean the property was, how quickly the host responded to us, and with all the information we needed. This was the cleanest property we've stayed at in all the years we've used VRBO. Approved places for eating are the dining room, kitchen, and out back, so don't expect to be able to snack while watching TV. That was okay with us, but wouldn't have been something we'd want if we were going to be hanging out at the house most of the time. Watch out on the front stoop - I'm sure the host will be attending to repairs when they can. So ... depending on what you're looking for, and whether you're good with stairs in the house (our 92 year old relative was winded), we highly recommend it.

Thank you very much for the positive feedback Linda! We greatly appreciate you choosing our place. You are right, we did work on raising up the front steps to acceptable standards. Thank you for the patience in that repair! You and your family are welcome back anytime!

Sooo family friendly! Grandkids loved the toys, books, art cabinet, playground. Mom forgot to bring a stroller, but there was one there. Mom also loved being able to do some laundry. This hostess thinks of everything... even teething rings in freezer! Beds and bedding sooo comfortable and cozy. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. Portable ac in top bedroom, plus a fan. Everything nice and clean. Interesting decor: each room has a theme. Teapot, variety of tea. Would definitely stay here again!
