The apartment, about 45 square meters, is decorated in a Scandinavian style. The decor convinces with a lot of style and fresh colors, so that the holiday guests feel comfortable. The apartment convinces with a blue and mustard-yellow touch. There is space for 3 adults in the apartment.

To downtown Winterberg you can go in about 5 minutes by car. The ski slope is within walking distance.

If you have exhausted yourself while skiing or hiking, you can either drink in the local swimming pool, sauna or just on the balcony a glass of wine and relax.

- The beds are freshly made for you and the towels are ready for you,

- Inviting and warm light throughout the apartment
- You can use a beautiful balcony with a view of nature. This is again provided with a wooden floor to emphasize the Scandinavian design.
- The kitchen is well equipped and even offers a dishwasher (tabs under the sink).
- Electric kettle, oven and coffee maker are also provided.
- In addition to salt / pepper, the general features of the kitchen include other items such as: plates, cups, cutlery, coffee filters, sponges, trash bags, cutting boards, etc. Just that, so you can comfortably survive your stay.
- Both bathrooms have been newly renovated and radiate with new white tile look.
- For your wet equipment there is a ski cellar in the basement area.
- I have renounced the disposable shower gel out of consideration for the environment. Hand soap (filling bar) is at your disposal,
- Outside, you could use a clothes dryer.
-The entire apartment is laid out with laminate.
- Uncomplicated and fully self-contained check-in directly at the building.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Bett war super bequem und die Küche hatte eigentlich alles was man zum kochen benötigt. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sauber gewesen, wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.Wir haben den Pool und die Sauna genutzt (Nutzung für die Sauna 2€ für 30 Minuten). In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Parkplätze am Haus sind ausreichend. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Kurztrip.

Sommerurlaub im Wintersportgebiet

Super ruhiges Appartement und perfekte Ausgangslage, um die Umgebung zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erkunden. Der Pool und die Sauna waren sauber, dennoch könnte die Nutzungszeit der Sauna gerne länger sein. In der Umgebung kann man im Sommer super unterschiedliche Dinge machen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und können wieder.

Immer wieder Entspannung pur

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist wie immer super gewesen, die Lage ist top. Schwimmbad und Sauna sind sauber, die Wohnung ist modern. Wir haben überhaupt nichts auszusetzen gehabt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter läuft immer reibungslos. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ferienwohnung mit viel Potential

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super Lage und Aussicht und einen tollen Pool- und Saunabereich, der auch wirklich sauber und neu war. Nur der Pool war nichts für "Warmduscher". Die Sauberkeit war leider bei unserem Besuch nicht ganz okay, es gab einige Punkte die wir beim Vermieter beanstanden mussten, dieser hat dann auch sofort eine "Nachreinigung" beauftragt in der die schlimmsten Punkte einmal behoben wurden. Der Vermieter hat auch noch einmal deutlich gemacht, dass er zukünftig die Qualitäten der Reinigungsfirma prüfen möchte. Des Weiteren war leider das Bett defekt, sodass unsere Nächte wenig erholsam waren, da das Bett durchgehend Geräusche gemacht hat. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter ist bereits ein neues Bett bestellt, somit haben die kommenden Gäste hoffentlich wieder ruhige Nächte. Des weiteren sind einige Gebrauchspuren an den Möbeln und im Badezimmer zu erkennen, hier wäre die ein oder andere Reparatur / Sanierung sinnvoll, auch diese Punkte haben wir natürlich dem Vermieter direkt mitgeteilt. Wenn diese Punkte vom Vermieter "behoben" werden, findet man eine echt gute und solide Ferienwohnung für einen fairen Preis vor. Und Winterberg ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert!

Es war ein sehr schöner, gemeinsamer Aufenthalt. Es war eine sehr schön aufgeteilte und eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir nutzten auch gerne das sehr saubere und schöne Schwimmbad und Sauna. Jedoch hatten mit 3 Personen im Schlafzimmer ein Doppelbett und Einzel-Zusatzbett gebucht. Das Zusatzbett existierte nicht, so dass ich im Wohnzimmer auf einer nicht aufklappbaren Klappcouch schlief, deren Klappmechanismus nicht funktionierte.

Schöne Wohnung

Eine super schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung! Sehr ruhige Lage. Wer seine Ruhe möchte und eine tolle Wohnung/Umgebung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einfach und man hat sofort Antworten bekommen. Sauna kostet 2€ (steht nirgendwo). Gerne immer wieder!

Tolle Wohnung in wunderschöner Natur

Unser (2 Erwachsene & 2 Kindern (9 & 11)) Urlaub im Herbst war wirklich schön in Winterberg! Wer zu Fuss gut unterwegs ist, kann viele der Winterberger Attraktionen (Sommerrodelbahnen, Sky-Fly, Skisprung-Schanze, Erlebnisbrücke, Bike-Park, Skilifte etc.) ohne Auto direkt vom Appartement aus erreichen! Wenn nicht, dann muss man wissen, dass der Appartmentkomplex nicht zentral gelegen ist, sondern idyllisch in der Natur seinen Platz hat! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und erfüllt ihren Zweck vollkommen👍🏻, um einen aktiven Urlaub in der Natur zu verbringen! Für unsere Kinder war es das Highlight, täglich in dem neu renovierten Schwimmbad zu baden! Wir kommen gerne wieder! 👍🏻

Idyllischer Kurzurlaub

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Salzstreuer, Kaffeefilter, Müllbeutel, reichlich Seife etc. Die Sachen, die man gerne mal zu Hause vergisst:-). Sehr ruhige Lage und tolle Aussicht vom Balkon ins Grüne. Es gibt mehrere Wanderwege direkt von der Anlage aus. Auch super geeignet für Hunde. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind restauriert- Sauna gegen kleine Gebühr. Auf jeden Fall ist das Appartement zu empfehlen!

Heerlijk verblijf in mooie bosrijke streek.

leuk aangekleed vakantie appartement met gezellig terras en rustige groene omgeving. Zelfs als je niet golft ben je in Ferienhotel Golfhotel aan het goede adres. Enkel jammer dat er geen horren aan de deur en vensters zitten; zo kwamen muggen en wespen makkelijk binnen. Het zwembad en sauna zijn een meerwaarde! Wij hadden een super mooie week daar!

Schöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung

Eine sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung. Der Check-in erfolgt komplett selbstständig, dafür erhält man aber eine sehr gut erklärte Anleitung. Möchte man dennoch Kontakt mit dem Besitzer aufnehmen, geht dies sehr einfach und unkompliziert und erhält schnell eine Rückmeldung. Alles super.

Die Lage ist ruhig und perfekt. Auch die Größe war für uns ausreichend. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und alles funktionierte. Die Ausstattungen zum Beispiel in der Küche mit Spülmaschine & Co. waren auch super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Das einchecken in die Unterkunft hat problemlos und unkompliziert funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief ebenfalls unkompliziert ab. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht.
