Great for M game weekend

Great property for our weekend in town to watch the Wolverines beat the Buckeyes! Very clean, good location, well-appointed, and the host was amazing! Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Close to many locations we wanted to visit. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms were a nice size with comfortable furnishings. Property had nice amenities and was very reasonable priced!

Our favorite place to stay in Ypsi!

We have family who live in town and whenever we come to visit, we always stay at this property. It has everything we need! The rooms are always clean and we have all the essentials provided for comfortable stay. The owner is lovely and we’ll be sure to stay here in the future!

What a wonderful place!

We have family that recently moved to Ypsilanti and we needed a place to stay for myself, my wife and our two kids. This was the perfect spot for us! It was clean, spacious, and centrally located to everywhere we needed to be. The owner was communicative and available when needed. We’ll definitely be staying here on all future trips!

Great place to stay for Michigan Football

If you are looking for a place to stay for a Michigan football weekend or maybe U of M graduation this house is the place for you. Check-in and communication was very easy throughout our stay. This home is only a brief 15 minute drive to Ann Arbor and Michigan Stadium where we got to watch our school, East Carolina take on Michigan. If we ever find our way back to the area, this will be the first house we check for.

Great Little House

My family of four stayed for graduation weekend. Conveniently located 15 minute drive from U of M’s campus. Excellent communication with owner prior to check in. The house is nicely stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious. I recommend staying here for convenience of staying out of Ann Arbor traffic and construction! Thanks George.

Well kept house

There was five of us grown men staying here and had plenty of room. One bathroom was a little challenging but was able to make do. Neighborhood is ok but wouldn’t take walks at night. George did get back to me very quickly and on time.

George was THE BEST host ever! He was super attentive to my needs. I noticed a musty smell - Michigan is a humid place, and he immediately let me know how to use the exhaust fan and purchased an air cleaner. The house was well appointed and had easy access to main roads which made getting to and from my conference simple. There was also private parking. The nieghborhood was quiet and made for easy night sleeps. Thank you again, George!
