For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Gepflegtes Äusseres, schwaches Inneres

Die Außenanlage ist äußerst attraktiv, mit einem tollen Pool und Ausblick. Das Innere der Wohnung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, nicht wohnlich. Die Küche entspricht einer sehr einfachen Camping-Kochgelegenheit. Dass der Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort abgeholt und auch wieder abgegeben werden muss, entspricht auch nicht meiner Idee von gutem Service. Keine Internetverbindung in den Appartements ist völlig inakzeptabel. Klimaanlage gedrosselt, trotzdem voll berechnet.

In unserer Obejktbeschreibung weisen wir darauf hin, dass die Schlüsselübergabe bei dem Service Büro in Olbia stattfindet und WI-FI nur in den öffentlichen Bereichen vorhanden ist. Um eine Überlastung des Stromnetzes zu vermeiden, ist die Mindesttemperatur festgelegt.

Es ist eine herrliche Ferienanlage, top gepflegt mit tollem Ausblick. Erreichbarkeit, Lage inkl. Zugang und Garage passt. Service vor Ort bzw, per Mail war sehr gut. Was nicht so gefallen hat: - kein WLAN Zugriff im Appartment - Ausstattung Küche (nur 4 Messer,...) - Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft - Straßenlärm

Insgesamt noch sehr gut

Schöne Ferienanlage auf Hanglage mit super Aussicht auf die Insel Tavolara. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Pool auch sehr gut. Die Wohnungen selbst sind insgesamt noch in gutem Zustand, Standard ist aber kurz davor, nicht mehr zeitgemäß zu sein (Bad, Küche). Gemeinschaftliche Einrichtungen wie Waschmaschine auch grenzwertig, da könnte man leicht etwas machen. Hoffentlich wird das geschehen, weil Anlage und ganze Urlaubsgegend natürlich hervorragend.

la chiave va consegnata solo ad Olbia dopo le 16.00 non all’alloggio / la TV, la microonde / il fon hanno l’attacco schuko e non c’era neanche un adattatore / mancavano per due giorni i telecomandi dell’aria condizionata/ mancava una biancheria

Io da tanti anni che vado in questa residenza. La prima volta tramite Interhome. - Casa piena di formiche - pentole sporche e cucina non completamente arredata - lenzuoli per i bimbi non c'erano, dopo la richiesta l'ho dovuti mettere io - personale che entra i casa senza avvisare (in presenza e anche quando non eravamo in casa - mi hanno fatturato 20 Euro per una lampada che ha rotto mia figia di due anni dopo che mi hanno detto che non mi viene fatturata, il minimo dopo il prezzo che ho pagato!

Vacanza da sogno

Vista mozzafiato sull'isola di Tavolara, appartamento spazioso e pulito immerso in un giardino molto ben curato pieno di fiori e piante. Bella e comoda la piscina e il campo da tennis, servizio di lavanderia. La località è strategica, vicino a Olbia e a tutte le spiagge più belle. Consigliato vivamente!!!
