Why they chose this property

Quiet, relaxed, convenient, and within about 30-35 minutes to nearly all locations in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Lots of restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, to choose from within 5-10 minutes. This condo facility is much quieter than most others! I also have another condos for rent if this one is not available.

Quiet, Quiet, Quiet! This Condo complex is normally about 25-30% occupied making it extremely quiet! If you are looking for privacy, peacefulness and relaxing place to stay, look no further. Walking distance to Frye's, Glaze Donut Shop, and stores!
