The house had plenty of room for 4 adults and an almost 2 year old. We each had our own bedroom. Beds were comfortable! Everything was clean and neat on arrival! The kitchen was small and only seated 2 people but it was not a problem. We had a good Christmas visit with our family!

Great Host! Great Communications! Great Stay for the beach. Many amenities, a yet we brought too much. Very true about AC working really well. Even 71 was freezing us out, which is a great thing. A wonderful short stay for us, but definitely come back here if when we ever come back to this area.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing time at this property! It is just down the street from the beach and the house itself was spacious and beautiful. We loved the outdoor shower, the beds (our kids especially loved the bunk room), and the balcony! Brandy, the hostess was awesome and super helpful. If you are looking for a beach getaway this is the spot for you!

Walk to the beach

The neighborhood was quiet and filled with families. A very short walk to the beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The owner of the house was friendly and had great suggestions for what to do/where to eat close by.

Close to the beach

The house is listed close to the beach in a calm neighborhood my kids loved riding their bikes to the beach and sometimes they would go by themselves. The home has everything you would need and my kids would love to come back totally worth it and for the price !!!!!

Weekend getaway

Mrs Brandy is an excellent hostess. She has the house stocked nicely, a home away from home. Lots of kids beach toys for visitors to play with. We left ours to add to her collection. Plenty of space and very clean. I would highly recommend this home for anyone’s next trip.

Why they chose this property

Well...from this property you are about 2 minute's walk to the beach so it's extremely convenience... Also, it's in Tideland which is in the center of the peninsula and thus near just about everything.

What makes this property unique

comfy house, can entertain in the tiki bar with a bbq. or walk to the beach. Just have fun.
