Enjoy vacationing in this quiet neighborhood and on one of the largest fresh water canal systems in the Cape! Enjoy kayaking and fishing in this beautiful waterway! Be on the lookout for playful Sea Otters that cruise this canal system. This house is beautifully set up for the perfect vacation and is pet friendly (20 lbs or less) All linens, furniture and kitchen items are brand new! With just under 1,600 square feet of living area, this home features comfortable living with a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom split floor plan, a great room with a volume ceiling, along with a dining area and a nice-sized kitchen with a casual breakfast nook for everyday meals. There is also a futon, so that technically the home sleeps 7 people total. This home also has an indoor laundry room off of the kitchen and a two car garage. Pool has 2 heaters, and there is also a solar blanket with roller. Beautiful pavers lead to a large patio, which is perfect for the BBQ, new fire pit, and outside entertainment. The Cement Dock was just freshly painted. There are 2 new bikes for peaceful rides around the quiet neighborhood and 2 new kayaks to paddle around the canal.
