This recently built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is the perfect basecamp for your Southern Utah explorations or stop on your grand circle road trip. This vacation home has all the comforts of home, with a spacious layout to fully enjoy your time in the desert. After a full day of adventure, come home to your fully-equipped kitchen or walk out to the patio to grill and enjoy the cool evening air. If you would rather not cook, it's a short walk to several local restaurants. While outside, be sure to take in the night sky. Kanab has some of the best night skies for stargazing - just breathtaking. Back at the townhome, the main living area is equipped with a large TV for internet-based entertainment (movies, live streaming, etc) as well as high-speed fiber internet. Additionally, each bedroom has its own TV. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room for guest use. There is also an attached 2-car garage for your vehicle(s) and or toys.

This townhome is pet-friendly. Please be aware of a $25/per night pet fee for each pet (max 2 pets). We have included pet bowls, bedding as well as a crate for your convenience.

If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.
