Of all the house rentals we have stayed at this is probably the cleanest we’ve been to. It was comfortable, well equipped, close to so many things to do, and had lots of fun things to do at the house as well.
We loved this house! It was a very well stocked on necessities. It was so nice to come back to a comfortable home to relax after visiting all the National Parks in the area. Definitely would stay again.
The cottage was a lovely spot to regroup on our tour of the big 5 national parks. Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, lots of space. The host was responsive and helpful.
Loved loved this home -everything was clean and orderly - just right for our overnight stay - we are from Ohio -we visited the National Parks in Utah -then North Rim of the Grand Canyon. I would highly recommend for your stay when traveling !!
Charming; comfortable; cute; quiet. That about sums up the Cottage on West Main. Spacious, with a large, well-equipped kitchen. The perfect place to stay if you're visiting Capitol Reef National Park.
We stayed here as a base for our trip to the National Parks. Very clean and beautiful decor. The kitchen had EVERYTHING! The laundry room and bathroom were both well stocked so we didn't have to buy anything. Very responsive host. It was a great stay in a nice quiet little town. We loved it!
We spent the weekend here to explore Capitol Reef. The house was in a good location with groceries on the way in Loa and restaurants in Torrey. At Capitol Reef we hiked to Hickman Bridge and drove the Cathedral Road to the Temples of the Sun and Moon. House was a great resting place after a long adventure. Ping-pong table was fun.

Really nice place to stay to view the eclipse when we were in Utah! Short drive to Capitol reef national Park. Also, some excellent restaurants nearby, I might add. Be sure to check out Curry pizza, which is about a one minute drive away! The house is cute, done in a very 1950s style. From the red gingham curtains (to the vintage look microwave, which grandma didn’t have… it feels and looks like tidy grandma’s house.cute decor with some real
Vintage pieces. Convenient, great water pressure in the showers! There’s a nice fan in the kitchen and the bedroom, I forgot my little portable fan which might’ve been nice in the guestroom to stir the air. Lots of cozy afghans, nice, thick towels, plenty of them… Washer and dryer work great. Has a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of coffee on hand! (I might’ve enjoyed a couple decaf capsules, but I brought my own in anticipation of that— just a suggestion.. ) There’s an area to play in what I’m guessing used to be the garage… A corn hole game and ping pong. If you are rough on your ping-pong balls, and tend to crack them, bring some extra! Nice table and chairs outside and a couple on the front porch. If you want to watch the world, go by. Very clean very clear instructions about how do use an operate the home. The hostess was extremely communicative, prompt to respond to inquiries and courteous, through texting communication Highly recommend!
