Great Location and House

Great place to stay with kids. Walkable (~15 mins) to central Ybor City, the streetcar and central to driveable areas with dedicated parking on site. Chris has all the basics from cookware and dishes covered, so we were able to cook several family dinners no issue. Definitely felt more like a home than a rental space.

exorbitant damage deposit

Place was clean, very comfortable, convenient to get to everything we were in Tampa for. The only downside was the exorbitant damage deposit that was charged to my credit card the day I booked and not released until 14 days after check out. VRBO won't let me say how much it was . but be prepared to be out a lot of money for a long time if you book this VRBO.
