It was not clean. Not enough towels. Hot tub did not work. Garbage disposal did not work. Dish washer leaked water on the floor I had to clean it. Gnats all over the place and flies. Back porch rail is loose and my daughter almost fell.

This townhome provided lots of space and beds were comfortable. The house needs work though. Coffee table was close to breaking, one microwave broken, handle from the kitchen sink is missing, etc. The host was responsive though, and it did the job for our stay.

This place was in horrible condition when I arrived - it was infested with flies, had water damage / hole on the kitchen ceiling, the paint was banged up (not at all like the pictures on line), there were holes in the doors (multiple), cracked windows, and the furniture looked so rickety that I was scared to even sit on the beds. Did I say it was infested with flies? That needs repeating … Thousands of them! I sent pictures to the host and took videos and got a response asking if I could tell where they came from … but after that no other correspondence on the topic. This indicates that they read my message and did not react, give a solution, or even an apology! Nothing! I did not take possession of the place, returned the keys, and requested a refund. I did NOT get the refund and will pursue this with VRBO. What I received from the owner was a message saying “I hope you had a great stay” This ruined the vacation with my family! You make plans, have people set aside time, only to end up with a fly infested house and a non-responsive host! We drove 4 hours back home instead of staying. I did not a refund after multiple requests.

Advertised parking was on the street-first Come first serve. We had to walk several blocks. Dish washer didn’t work; kitchen sink leaked; dirty linen from previous rental left on stairs. Did not feel safe.
