Very nice and conveniently located

Very easy access to the condo, my dad is handicap and was very easy getting him in and out of condo. Plenty of elevators and buggies for you to carry in and out your belongings. Condo was very nice, plenty of room for 6 of us. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The carpets in 2 of the bedrooms were filthy when I complained, we are changing them this fall didn’t help me. The back balcony had not been cleaned sticky and sand from previous renter. The bathroom commode either hadn’t been cleaned or poorly cleaned. Lots of walking with this property parking lot is not close, good walk to the trash. With the cleaning fee we paid the place should be immaculate. Who puts carpet in a beach rental. I don’t feel it’s was good value for the money I paid.

During your stay, every concern you brought to our attention was addressed promptly, and we were glad to take care of each issue while you were still on the property. Since then, we’ve continued making improvements to ensure future guests have an even better experience. The bedroom floors have now been fully redone with LVP flooring, eliminating the need for carpet in those areas. We know the walk from the parking area and to the trash station can feel long, and while those elements are part of the property layout, we always want the condition of the home itself to feel worth the value. Your feedback helps us continue improving, and we’re grateful you shared it.

Very clean and well appointed—comfortable stay. Pool very well maintained. Host was very responsive to questions. Only negative was worn/stained carpet that was a bit musty in the 2 guest bedrooms.

My family enjoyed their stay.

My family enjoyed their stay. The location was perfect and the scenery was gorgeous! The overlook from the balcony was the best! Sunrise in the morning to watching deer walking all around the perimeter at night…absolutely perfect! This rental was 100% a successful experience! I am very pleased with my experience working with your agency and members.
