We can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay here. Owner extremely present and friendly with all requests and questions. House very clean and set up very nice. Pool was right outside our house and wonderful to have on non beach days or at night to socialize and cool off. All amenities were there with waters/ coffee/ ice for us and even cooling gel for our sunburn We will be back again !!!

The condo is as described and in pictures. Very convenient to Siesta Key and nearby restaurants and stores. A nice perk was the furnace is very powerful since we were there during a cold spell. Also met the neighbors who were snowbirds and they were very nice. We would rent here again.

Great location, quiet and clean.

Great stay here. About a ten minute drive to Siesta Beach and fifteen downtown. Two good-sized bathrooms and overall very comfortable.

Quiet area, still in walking distance!

Great little place with friendly neighbors. Loved the extra items to use at the home like beach umbrella and cooler! Thank you!

The place was nice and clean. Difficulty with the cable so television had issues throughout our stay. The pic of the pool looks nicer than it is. It is on the ground floor so easy access. The location was great. It is in a residential neighborhood, so mostly need a car to get to places. Nice area to take walks or ride bikes. The ice maker kept jamming but easily fixable just annoying. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Drove to the beach everyday. Drove to St. Armands and the village.

Thank you for the review. About the TV: we had to replace the TV when you left since it was keep loosing the internet service, now we have brand new Samsung 65” Smart TV and it works great. Best, Airbnb Sarasota

Family trip

Fantastic property! We loved the location just off the main strip but still close enough to be where we needed within just a few minutes. House was VERY clean and we were impressed with that. Lots of kitchenware, including a French press, with I was excited about. It was missing a can opener (or we missed it) but that was the only thing we didn’t have over the course of our stay, and even that was a very small detail. All of us mentioned several times that we were impressed with the property. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, easy check in/out process. Overall, 10/10!
