The property was very relaxing which is what we were looking for. The only issue I had was the pigeons usi by the backyard as their bathroom. Otherwise a very nice stay.

The place was great. All the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and very quiet. Close to good restaurants and palm springs downtown

Very beautiful house. Very clean. Really nice pool, comfortable beds and fun things to do! The only big downside was lack of any shade whatsoever outside. Our one friend who didn’t want to swim couldn’t hang outside with us. Too hot for no shade out there. But otherwise really great property and experience!

This house is beautiful and very well kept. I can tell they pour a lot of care into this home. Anna was responsive and answered all my questions. She was helpful and very sweet. I would definitely book this home again in the near future. The only reason I took a star off was just because I had issues with the heating pool my app wasn’t working and it also took so long for the pool to heat up we really didn’t use it and that was one of the reasons why I got this house in the first place and as we all know heating up the pool is a separate cost so it was just not worth it for me to pay for heating but on the bright side it did heat up the spa area so we used the spa. But Anna did turn on the heater for me when I reached out to her but unfortunately it just wasn’t warm enough for us to use. But thank u The fire pit also didn’t work for me it didn’t turn on and I tried to start it with a lighter and couldn’t get it to work. I also feel like the outside area needs more lighting it’s hard to see. But over all this home has been one of the best experiences. The house was clean beautiful and the decoration was nice and the host was wonderful. Thank you so much.

Wonderful stay!

The home met our expectations entirely. It's lovely, comfortable and offers a lof of variety.There's something for everyone - we had so much fun enjoying the pool, spa and outdoor living. We wanted sun and got it! Short drive to Joshua Tree National Park - just a stunning landscape. A great family vacation.

We had a great stay overall. The beds were very comfortable, the backyard was absolutely spectacular, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of items for cooking. The home was especially great for families and worked well for our group. The only downside was an activation fee required to use the pool and hot tub. While this wasn’t a dealbreaker, I do wish there had been more transparency about this fee in the listing so it wasn’t a surprise. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay.

Worked well for multigenerational family holiday

Just what we were looking for- well equipped home, spotlessly clean and lots to do at property- pool, hot tub, outdoor chess, etc. Did not initially have baby equipment- property manager very responsive and got it to us right away. Little to do in area but everything within 25 minutes drive. We had a great holiday

This rental property was exactly as described. It smelled so fresh and clean upon walk in and it truly was. The kitchen is equipped with the major things you need. But the backyard was the main prize. Thank you Anna and team!

Spring Break

The property was beautiful! It was very clean and had all the necessary supplies. The outside was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. It wasn’t too far from Palm Springs, it was about a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic. The beds were super comfortable. I slept like a rock all three nights while we were there.

Perfect Oasis!

We stay at a lot of VRBOs- this one is definitely one of the best! Gorgeous view of the mountains. Kids loved the backyard and game room so much they didn’t really need to go anywhere. Usually when you click dog friendly - rules out the nicer houses - not this time! Friendly and responsive customer service. So much more house and bang for our buck than staying in Palm Springs or Palm Desert. Highly recommend South of the Border in Hot Springs - great food friendly service. Highly recommend The Living Desert - only 30 min drive.
