Perfect Location In Zona Romantica

The Condo is perfectly located and is close to shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, entertainment, art galleries - you name it! The staff at D’esire is fantastic and made our stay very pleasant. I would recommend this rental to everyone!!!

Needs Maintenance

I've stayed in this building before in another unit, so I'm comparing to that stay. Safe in one bedroom didn't work. Water in refrigerator door barely dribbles out. Sticker shows filter not replaced in 3 years. Closet door in one bedroom wouldn't work. Dryer ran for hours to get anything dry. Entire unit dusty-dirty. Ledges, windows. One window has Wash Me written in the dirt. Host never showed up during entire stay. I'll pass on this unit in the future.

Our concierge team personally checked you in and took the time to show you how to use the safe, which was fully operational at that time. Unfortunately, no issues with the safe or other inconveniences were reported during your stay, but we’re always available to assist with any concerns should they arise. We’re also sorry to hear about the other concerns you mentioned, such as the water dispenser, closet door, and cleanliness. We have passed these comments along to our maintenance team for immediate attention. While we strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, your comments regarding dust and the window ledges are taken seriously. Our cleaning staff will be reminded to pay extra attention to these areas.
