Parking passes and wristbands are to be purchased upon arrival at the HOA office or ahead of time via the link provided in your confirmation email (wristbands are free for children under the age of 5).
Golf carts are not permitted on the property unless registered to an owner.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Panama City beach

Great location. Facilities were nice. Some deep cleaning and dusting were lacking such as blinds, windows, stairs, tub was dirty. Did not get accurate info on wifi. Did not get laundry room codes. A neighbor provided the code. Door to apartment was tricky to lock when leaving.
