Beautiful, newly renovated 3 bd / 2 1/2 bth townhouse is located on the quieter west end of PCB. This spacious house is right across the street from downtown Panama City Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. It's in close proximity to all the essentials from groceries and restaurants to the post office and shopping. Community offers a pool and grills for those evening barbecues.

Do not move/rearrange furniture. Doing so will result in a $150 charge.
Do not lower the thermostat lower than 68 degrees. It causes the unit to freeze up.

Great place and location

Very nice property across the street from the beach. Jackson was very helpful upon check in. Home was very nice and cool upon our arrival. Home was in a good location for most of our activities. The only thing that could be added would be a full size broom to sweep up sand. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful place for our stay.

A great spot!

The location of the property is fantastic! Barely a 5 minute walk to the water! Everything was very clean! The kids loved the proximity to the pool too! The only drawback from our weekend trip was how uncomfortable the couch and chair are. There is no cushion left. We reached out to the owner to provide feedback and we were informed that they were less than a year old. Even the kids were uncomfortable. Other than that, our stay was lovely!

Serenity by the sea!

Jackson communicated in an extremely timely manner and was helpful with all my questions. His townhome was clean and offered all I needed for my stay. The location is perfect as well; it’s a short 3-4 min walk down to the beach and in a quiet, friendly complex. You’ll have easy access to Pier Park and other shopping and restaurants, with the Winn Dixie right next door…an easy walk, if needed. I appreciated how clean this unit was as well, and the small balcony out front and the patio out back were nice for getting outside for coffee and a breath of fresh ocean air! I worked during the days from here as well, and the internet speed was good.

Will not use again

Property was not cleaned when we arrive almost three hours after check in time. Didn't want to make a fuss about it and enjoyed the beach. After the trip i was charged a 200 cleaning bill. I thought was included in the booking cost? I was a taught a valuable lesson. Document everything. I will never use them again nor would a recommend them to others

Overall good stay

Pros- location to beach. Condo was clean, lots of dishes, glasses, silverware. Beds were comfortable. Response from owner was quick. Cons- no extra toilet paper in any bathroom, no paper towels, dishes in the dishwasher from previous tenant, towels all in one bathroom. Also glad we asked about trash and beds for check out because there was only a picture frame of brief check in and check out on the counter. Didn't list beds or trash. Overall would still stay again and maybe just bring a few of my own things just in case.
