Quiet Country home
This is a very quiet community. Stately Victorian Country home on 4.5 gently rolling acres. Enjoy relaxing on the beautiful and charming wrap-around porch. Formal living room with fireplace, formal dining room, 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom upstairs, 1 bedroom/1 bath downstairs.
VERY IMPORTANT -- Quiet hours before 8am and after 9pm are very important to adhere to!
Great room with a massive brick hearth and wood stove in the spacious family room open to a large chef's kitchen with center island, pantry, stainless appliances and granite counters. Sunroom kitchen nook.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen size bed with plenty of closet space and there is also a fold out queen sofa bed.
Plenty of parking outside. Private estate property with rolling hills, paved roads, beautiful forest trees, and deer often seen outside front and back yards.
