My family and I booked this property for a wedding that we attended. The house had plenty of room for the 23 of us. We weren't on top of each other. We were just a short walk to the beach. We will book this property again.

Couldn't ask for better location and proximity to beach. Host was prompt to address any issues we had. The home is very spacious and clean. My only complaint is there are several maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

We had a large group of 19. The house had plenty of space for everyone. The Host was quick to answer any questions we had, even was able to check in early on arrival day. The house and rooms were clean and as described. Kitchen was big enough to host our family, A/C worked perfectly, never got hot in the house. You are a very short walk to the beach, perfect location. Felt safe in this area, even at night walking to the beach. I would definitely stay here again, especially if we are hosting the whole family again.

Great location

We had a wonderful family vacation at Ron’s property. The location was perfect. The home is just a short walk to the beach, and also very close to lots of shopping and restaurants including Destin Commons. Ron was a great host and we truly enjoyed our stay!
