Tucked in the mountains of Eureka Springs, you get plenty of wildlife along the flowing stream, scenic views, and peace and quiet for an evening around the fire pit. Promise Mountain hosts themed villas of various cities: Waikiki, Nashville, New Orleans, Palm Springs, Miami, and Eureka Springs. Only 8 min from downtown, experience tranquility and convenience. We hope you enjoy Promise Mountain as much as we have creating it!

Two Wheel drive cars shouldn't have problems as long as you're aware of how to drive up steeper curvy dirt roads. Please let us know if you are concerned about access. Motorcycles will not be able to access.

Cute little room

This was a cute little room that worked well for our one night stay. The drive was interesting down a steep and winding switch back gravel road. We had a little trouble getting into our room but were able to contact the owner quickly to get the issue resolved. The room was clean and my children enjoyed pretending to be at the beach. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great communication

We had awesome communication with Patrick, the owner and Bobbie, the on-site property manager. When booking, I assumed the entire building was where we were staying, but I was mistaken and they are kind of like apartments, which was fine for us, but just so others don’t overlook that and are aware when booking. “Secluded” made me feel like we would be the only ones staying, but a rural shared building is what I’d call it. The actual apartment listing is private/not shared. That being said, the apartment was really cute, clean and had plenty of supplies/amenities (any kitchen appliance/utensil/etc you need). The bathroom was equipped with a blow dryer, towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The internet was quite spotty and went out several times, but I would expect that from such a rural place. The fire pit area is a shared space with the other apartments in the building. The road/driveway getting down is steep, large gravel with lots of switchbacks, but we had no trouble in our Subaru sedan. It’s quite a rural setting but only took less than 10 minutes to get downtown. My one and only true complaint was that there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom besides the one the internet router was plugged into (and took up the entire outlet), making it hard to do my hair with electric tools (blow dryer/flat iron). Overall, great stay with great communication. I’d recommend and I’d stay again!

Why they chose this property

We believe this is one of the most peaceful and scenic properties in Eureka Springs. You get away from everything while still being so close to it. Our little creek that runs through the property provides a nice relaxing feel while also having a great chance to see some wildlife. The property is in the valley covered by trees and is one of the most beautiful things you will see in the Fall months as the leaves are brightly changing.
