An refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher are also included, of course. The large pool area, which is surrounded by fly screens, offers pure relaxation where you can soak up the sun all year round without being bothered by mosquitoes. The free heated pool is maintained weekly and offers the best water quality at all times.

An outdoor shower is also available. Directly adjacent, a covered dining area with seating for ten people invites you to enjoy a cozy meal outdoors – especially atmospheric at sunset. Seven comfortable lounge chairs and a large gas grill round out the outdoor amenities.

Sports enthusiasts will also be well looked after: a pickleball court and a tennis court are located in the immediate vicinity and are within easy walking distance. For water sports enthusiasts, three kayaks (two for adults, one for children) with life jackets are available – ideal for excursions directly from your own jetty. And fishing enthusiasts can also get excited: the villa has its own boat deck from which you can fish – all the necessary equipment is provided.

Families with children are well catered for: a high chair, a travel cot, a small playground on the property and a complete beach set (parasol, folding chairs, beach towels and sand toys) leave nothing to be desired. Nature lovers and animal enthusiasts will also get their money's worth: right on your doorstep, you can observe turtles, iguanas, alligators, and – in season – even eagles in neighboring nesting sites. Binoculars and birding equipment are available for this purpose. The adjacent Yucca Pens Unit State Wildlife Park is ideal for long hikes, wildlife watching, and exciting nature experiences.

The villa's central location also makes it an ideal starting point for excursions throughout Florida. You can reach Tampa in about 1.5 hours, Orlando with its world-famous theme parks in about 2.5 hours, and Miami or West Palm Beach are also about 2.5 hours away.
