Nokomis

My sisters in law and I really enjoyed our two weeks in the house. It was spotless and extremely well equipped. Easy drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Great location

This is a nice home in a gated community. The bathrooms and kitchen are new. The location worked for my wife and I. As it is close to the bike path, downtown Venice and Nokomis Beach.

A very pleasant stay

We stayed here during February '24. The house was perfect for us. It was very well appointed, spacious and lovely. It is located in a charming gated neighborhood. Our children and grandchildren came for a week and very much enjoyed the lanai and pool as well as the proximity to Nokomis beach. All appliances were new and of the highest quality. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Spacious

We had a relaxing time at this spacious, beautiful home. The beds and couch were comfortable to us. We also enjoyed the outdoor furniture. We thought this home was centrally located to the places that we wanted to go to while we were in the Nokomis area. Home owner quickly responded and answered any questions. We won’t be able to go back next year as we thought, but, we do hope to return in the future!

Very nice house.

House is exactly as described in listing. Pool is a nice to have and we were able to have it heated. Definitely worth it. The beach is about 10 minutes away. Free parking and not too crowded. There is a Publix right up the street. Could walk to it. Quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown Venice. Sarasota was about 30 minutes away. Many restaurants a short drive away. The master bed was very comfortable. The guest room beds we're a little oddly configured but they worked for our friends. The kitchen is huge and well equipped with fairly new appliances. Plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. Alex, the host, was easy to get a hold of and quick with replies. He deserves 5 ⭐ as does the house.
