Beautiful house, very comfortable with plenty of space, indoor outdoor for 10 people. Enclosed decks were great for our dogs. Kids loved the games and space. Cozy blankets in family room were very much appreciated enjoyed. We also loved the outdoor gas fireplace.

Amazing views

Kitchen was well stocked. House is comfortable except the tile floor in master suite, take house shoes! Kid friendly, king size beds and a day bed on the loft would make this stay amazing.

Graduation Celebration

Our son graduated from App this last weekend and we stayed with our family and grandparents for the weekend. Was the perfect place for family dinners, large living room for talking and having coffee. So much better than hotel rooms in town and crowded restaurants. ee were truly able to enjoy each others company. Views were great and ample parking. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great house, needs a little check-in

Property was great. Very spacious living areas as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool table downstairs and people enjoyed the loft space for reading. There were some light bulbs out in the living room, which made it somewhat dark towards the end of the day. We had issues with the stovetop and someone from maintenance came out to inspect. It turns out, they need to have it replaced. That made cooking Thanksgiving meal difficult, but we got by. They had an air fryer, Instapot and crockpot that helped to supplement the cooktop. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with supplies otherwise. It could have been because we were going during what normally would have been a cooler time, but the propane for the grill was empty. The location of the house is great, in terms of proximity to restaurants. We were able to get into downtown Boone within 15 minutes. There are lots of deer, so be on the lookout when driving. The management company was very responsive when we reached out with our concerns about the cooktop. Overall, we really enjoyed the space and would go back to spend time together as a family.
